An 18-year veteran in the energy sector, Puja specializes in energy efficiency program design, strategic planning, and net zero energy program development. She uses her expertise to help clients solve today's toughest energy challenges with data-driven, people-centric solutions. She has worked as an energy and sustainability consultant and while working for National Grid, Puja led the strategy planning for Rhode Island's statewide Zero Energy Building Taskforce integrating many aspects of clean energy.

Beyond her work in the energy sector, Puja is passionate about hiking and traveling. For the past 20 years she has been an active volunteer project lead for a non-profit in New Delhi focusing on education for underprivileged girls. She is also a volunteer citizen historian with 1947 Partition Archive that documents and preserves eye witness accounts of people affected by the Partition of British India in 1947.

She currently serves as a member of City of Newton’s Energy Commission, USGBC’s Net Zero Coalition and New England Women in Energy and Environment.
