Prior to joining us, Frank managed energy-related projects and businesses for more than twenty years at RMT, a renewable energy engineering and construction firm, and at its parent company Alliant Energy. Under Frank's leadership, RMT designed and constructed some of the largest utility-scale wind and solar energy facilities across the U.S. In the early 1990s, Frank developed and implemented the shared savings program for Alliant that resulted in the investment of more than $60 million of energy efficient technologies in hundreds of commercial and industrial facilities.
Frank serves on the Wisconsin Public Utility Institute's Board of Directors. Frank is also a past chairperson of the Energy Center of Wisconsin's Research Advisory Committee and past member of the Electric Power Research Institute Power Electronics Task Force.
