Ashleigh brings a background in economics to her focus on energy efficiency and policy analysis. She also worked as an analyst at the McDowell Group, an economic research firm in Juneau, Alaska that works in the intersection of industry development, community development and natural resources.
Ashleigh transitioned to the field of economics from her earlier work in international development. She also spent three years at the International Peace Bureau in Geneva, Switzerland.
